Okka is the recipient of seven residencies and multiple grants. Among her honours, she was an NYU Tisch Departmental Fellow and is a UNFPA Indonesian Young Leader Driving Social Change for arts practice and research. Okka is creator of works for the stage such as <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eve and Mary Are Having Coffee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and most recently co-editor of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stairs and Whispers: D\/deaf and Disabled Poets Write Back<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Nine Arches), author-illustrator of<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Indigenous Species<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Tilted Axis), and author of debut collection <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rope<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Nine Arches Press).
