Hey friends!<\/p>\n

These last few months have been BUSY. I’m delighted to announce that I got a book deal! I am the editor of Disability Visibility: <\/em>First-Person Stories from the Twenty-first Century<\/i>, published by Vintage Books coming out summer 2020<\/span>\u00a0in time for the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Many thanks to my agent Julia Kardon<\/a> of Hannigan Salky Getzler<\/a> for guiding me throughout this process.<\/p>\n

It’s going to be fun. It’s going to be a challenge and an adventure. I think it’s going to be pretty damn magnificent.<\/p>\n

FYI: To address some questions: 1) there will not be a call for submissions, 2) this is a collection of already published works from 2000-19 curated by me with a few original pieces, and 3) yes, I have already made my selections.<\/span><\/p>\n
