Can you tell me more about that?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> \u00a0It\u2019s something done that, you don\u2019t need to be afraid to have a disability. That\u2019s the way that God made you. Your disability can\u2019t hurt you. Just don\u2019t let no one pick on you or call you the R-word<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> You were mentioning that you live together with people with and without disabilities, for people that don\u2019t know L&#8217;Arche, what is L&#8217;Arche?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Well, um, L\u2019Arche is a place for people with and without disabilities. I\u2019m happy to be in L\u2019Arche with my friends and assistants there.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> Mmm hmmm\u2026 and you all live together?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> And we all live together. We get along with each other.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> Since L\u2019Arche is a community, what&#8217;s community life like?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Ah, we go to Arts of Life, our studio.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> Which is your workplace.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> We make comics. And some artists do like painting, drawing and sketching. And every Wednesday, we do yoga. And there\u2019s a band and we have a game coming up for the Special Olympics.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> What do you play in the band and what&#8217;s your role?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Well, my role is I&#8217;m a rapper. I sing Happy and Proud, both a rap. And the reason why I&#8217;m a rapper\u2026 I just got that rapper\u2019s image from Eminem.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti: <\/b>Mmm hmmm<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Which I want to meet him so bad and tell him how he gave me the idea to become a rapper.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> And when you go home back to L\u2019Arche what&#8217;s life like there? What happens in the house?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Well we just chill out. Eat dinner, we pray a lot, that&#8217;s the main thing. Pray for like our family, our friends and our loved ones.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> who cooks?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> On Monday, Monica cooks. On Tuesday, Jean cooks chicken, she loves chicken.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> What day do you cook?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> I cook, sometimes I cook on Wednesdays. Yesterday we cooked, um, pasta.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> So you help each other cook?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Yeah, like, we, well help each other sometimes. I set the table and whoever cooks don\u2019t have to do the dishes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> You are a person who really cares about people. You often wonder how your housemates are doing how your friends are doing.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino: <\/b>Yes<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> Would you say that you are a caring person?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino: <\/b>I am a caring person.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> Do you ever get upset with people?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Um, sometimes I get upset with Noah when wants to move out. But I know he just wants to be with his girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p><b>Luca Badetti:<\/b> When you get upset or somebody is upset, and you live together too, how do you deal with it?<\/p>\n<p><b>Mike\u00a0Marino:<\/b> Well, just talk to that person. Say what\u2019s the matter, how can I help you. And sometimes like they will listen to music to help them calm down or read a book.
